The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to the subway station. It is situated in the center of the city, making it ideal for exploring the nearby attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean, with excellent bed linen and towels. The bathroom is spotless and well-maintained. The staff members are exemplary, providing a warm welcome and excellent service. In terms of facilities, the hotel offers free parking and a delicious breakfast.
The WiFi connection in some rooms can be quite poor, which may be inconvenient for guests who rely on a strong internet connection.

The breakfast at the hotel was great, with a variety of traditional Romanian dishes to choose from. We especially enjoyed the freshly brewed coffee, a nice touch compared to instant coffee at other places. The hoteliers were friendly and always ready to assist us with any inquiries or requests. Being just a stone's throw away from a non-stop fast food joint was a bonus for late-night cravings. the proximity to Sun Plaza Mall and the availability of free parking in front of the hotel made our stay convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent breakfast, friendly staff, and convenient location.

The staff was friendly and cute, working hard to meet guests' expectations. Good location, very clean rooms, excellent breakfast with good quality food. Helpful reception staff, efficient Wi-Fi, and a great a la carte restaurant.
